Newsraid Reporter Mike Summers met Lib Dem Candidate for Tooting Phil Ling. The issues in  discussion were Europe, Social Housing and his party fortunes for May 7th. The Lib Dems have so far fought a local type of Election. The question is can they hold  to most of their seats and maybe once again return as Coalition?
