With a few weeks left before the Labour Party selects a new leader to challenge the Conservatives. The odds are that Jeremy Corbyn may will win the leadership. This of course, will be decided in September after the Conference Season of all the Partys. Mr Corbyn came from 4th to lead with a lead of 20%. Our favourite Candidate Liz Kendall MP for Leicester East is 4th. However Yvette Cooper has jumped past original favourite Andy Burnham to go second. This means that a surge of support for this elegant and tough ex minister may result in votes being placed for her. This could mean that Labour may have a chance to have their first female leader ever. But who ever makes a surge to win in Sept they have to beat the left Canididate Jeremy Corbyn.

The Conservatives welcome this result as they reckon it will be another win for them in 2020. But as always events and circumstances always dictate the way people vote when the Economy is doing well. Just ask former John Major in 1997. The Unexpected can happen. And if Corbyn wins the leadership contest then it will be down to excellent forward planning. Afterall he is no fool.
