The Former leader of  Merton Conservatives was Richard Hilton.

At the last Local Election Newsraid and Chris Mitchell talked to him about his defection to UKIP.

Since then he has been selected as Chairman of UKIP in Micham & Morden. And now he is to stand also as  PPC for the same area.
